From the very start of the planning and getting-to-know-you process, Ameera was extremely responsive and communicative. She put my mind at ease by providing pictures of what my bunny's temporary home would look like, asked many questions and was very organized. I booked a 5-day stay for my bunny and as soon as we met at drop off, Ameera and her husband Peter were so warming and down to earth. Over the course of the 5 days, she provided updates, pictures and videos of our Luna, which really helped us relax and enjoy our trip. She carefully followed my meal and treat instructions, as well as cut Luna's nails which was super helpful. I'm sure if Luna could talk she would tell me how enjoyable her stay was.
