About Your Pet Sitters...

Ameera (owner of Bubina's Pet Sititng)- I have worked with vulnerable populations since I graduated with my Masters in Criminology. I worked with an organization in Belgium that provided legal aid and support to women who were survivors of sex trafficking. I have for many years worked for an NGO half-way house in Toronto that provides help to males with various mental health disorders and those with criminal records needing assistance with re-integrating back into society. Currently, I am working with the Mississauga Humane Society to help them gain more sponsors and community help in ensuring stray cats receive the help they need in order to find their forever home. In my spare time, I join initiatives to clean garbage in our local parks and help collect donations for animal shelters all around Ontario.

Peter-My lovely husband has been part of the team of a one star Michelin restaurant in Belgium where he worked his way up from an intern to their head pastry chef, helping them win numerous awards and competitions with his creations. Currently, Peter works as the lead catering co-ordinator in Mississauga and assists in revamping menus for grocery stores to utilize their fresh products in creating beautiful, delicious and healthy in-store baked items. In his spare time, Peter is the creative mind of regular DnD campaigns he hosts as well as cooking delicious pastries for his wife ;)
